These terms apply to all use of this website and to visitor registration, stall booking enquiries, and sponsorship enquiries for FESTIVO 2026, organized by EXPOVATE.
Submitting a stall enquiry does not guarantee a stall. All bookings are confirmed by EXPOVATE only after direct contact and receipt of payment. Stall allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to the final event layout.
Sponsorship slots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is confirmed only after receipt of full payment. All sponsorship amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes. Branding artwork and logos must be shared within timelines communicated by the organizer. Stall location and visibility are subject to final event layout and organizer approval. Sponsorship benefits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizer. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made up to 30 days before the event date. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date. In case of event postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, sponsorship will be valid for the rescheduled dates, and no refund will be applicable.
Visitor registration is free of charge unless stated otherwise. Registration confirms interest in attending and does not guarantee entry if capacity limits are reached.
EXPOVATE reserves the right to modify event schedules, layouts, or branding placements when required. All decisions of the organizer regarding sponsorship execution and event operations are final.
EXPOVATE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in FESTIVO 2026, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
